What is the difference of torbrowser from blockstack browser?

Seem two have different register module, like .onion vs .id, different protocols, but questions are that: blockstack could be block by some governments like China or Korea easily?
Tornework and torbrowser is successfully blocked by China government firewall now, what about blockstack?

The Tor browser is used for obfuscating request routing, while Blockstack doesn’t have any such feature.

Blockstack, on the other hand, is a portal for decentralized applications. It focuses on helping developers build them and helping users find and use them.

Users are the backend and the users control their own identity and storage services.

Here’s a good writeup of what Blockstack is: https://blockstack.org/intro
