Is there a way to see the transaction history of my Blockstack Wallet?
(Also I mistakenly sent BitCoin Cash, rather than Bitcoin, when first setting up the wallet. I assume that BitCoin Cash is now lost forever?)

You should be able to use a conventional blockchain explorer to see your transaction history. You can get the payment address from the “payments” page.

Not necessarily! If you have your 12-word phrase handy, you can recover the private key of your payment address using the (experimental) CLI. From there, you should be able to craft a Bitcoin Cash transaction to recover your funds.
