"Voucher verification — Pending"

I’m waiting for this step: “Voucher verification — Pending” How long does this step normally take to be “Verified”?

Here are all of the steps for me:

Voucher registration period starts

Identity verification — Verified

Voucher verification — Pending

Voucher registration ends

Registration ends on MAY 25, 2019 so of course I want to make sure I’m fully registered by then. I don’t think there’s anything else I can do, but does anyone know if this is an issue or just normal? Thanks!
