I attempted to send BTC out of my blockstack wallet to another address I manage. When use the “send” form, once I hit send, this is what appears. What should I do?

I upgraded to the newer version of blockstack and then I was able to see the warning. I didn’t screenshot but what it told me was the amount I was trying to send plus the transaction fee were larger than what I had. Transaction fee was quite high.
