Hey I want my transactions to be confirmed on the top of the block. In bitcoin just paying a higher fee rate solves this problem if I pay highest sat/vbyte (fee rate) I will have my tx confirmed first in a block. How do stacks order the tx confirmation. If it is fee rate where do I find that information it is not in explorer or rpc end points.
