I have a couple legacy onename ids that I’m trying to transfer over. I’ve gotten notices that they’ll expire soon.

My old 12 word passphrases I’ve recorded are not working in the Blockstack App for Windows 10
I have around 8 onename ids I’d like to keep for each of my family members and a couple merchant accounts for OB. Is there a way I can do this through customer support instead?

I don’t want to lose them if possible.

Can you send us an email at [email protected] with your legacy onename IDs and the ID-addresses that they need to be sent to? We’ll get them sent over to you :slight_smile:

The backup phrases for Onename are not meant for use with the browser.
