Updates from the Ecosystem Comms Working Group

Agreed on three initial “strike teams” for more focused project work: Narrative, sBTC, and PR.
- Narrative team updates: with the technical Stacks one-pager completed, the team is now reviewing drafts of the Stacks marketing one-pager and FAQ.
- sBTC team updates: The first priorities for this strike team will include providing design/brand feedback for the sBTC working group team and supporting development of the sBTC website and glossary.
- PR: Forming initial team.

Updates from the Ecosystem Comms Working Group

Narrative team: Rough drafts of the ecosystem FAQ and marketing one-pager are completed and will be reviewed early next week. The technical one-pager can be viewed here.
sBTC team: The team is connected to the sBTC project leads and will begin reviewing brand efforts, the sBTC glossary, and begin to tee up initial plans for the launch coming later this year.
PR team: Compiling a media audit for outlets and channels with outdated Stacks information.

Updates from the Ecosystem Comms Working Group

Narrative team updates: The team worked async this week to review and edit the marketing one-pager and FAQ document. These deliverables will be circulated with ecosystem leaders as a next step. As a reminder, the finalized technical one-pager can be viewed here.
sBTC team updates: The sBTC team kicked off efforts officially this week by meeting with key sBTC leads and identifying early needs for the launch of sBTC later this year. Initial projects over the next few weeks include: researching and developing a menu of launch amplification options and ideas, surveying sBTC stakeholders and developing ideal outcomes and metrics for launch, and outlining important content topics and educational materials to support the launch.
PR team updates: The team is currently developing the master list for all public-facing channels that will be monitored and maintained for up-to-date Stacks information. The team will also meet today (4/7) to establish initial projects.

PR team: Meeting set next week to review compiled list of media monitoring items and sites that have outdated Stacks references.
