What’s working - fast response to initial proposal; good comms with team; good tools for contracts and payments.
What’s not working - I miss seeing proposals on Github. It gave me a sense of being part of a community of makers. I got really excited about some of the proposals. Now I don’t know what is happening. Who got funding? Who didn’t? What is happening on their project? I don’t know.
Say what you like about the old app mining program but it really created a sense of community.
