I heared that there will be a hard fork in Oct 2019 and Blockstack blockchain will upgrade to version 2. Is it really?
Currently, i only found related development information about blockstack version 2 on [https://github.com/blockstack/blockstack-core]. But i could’t find blockstack.js sdk that is compatible for v2.So that i don’t know how to develop with blockstack v2 currently.

No. The hard fork in 2019 will instantiate the Reg A tokens. The hard fork of 2020 will activate Stacks v2 (and will occur sometime late in Q1).
