SIP-000: SIP Process Upgrade - Request For Comments (RFC)

Hi all,

Having worked on various SIP governance coordination roles in Stacks - there has been a lot of learnings from myself and others involved in the SIP/governance world over the past 3 years -

I’ve a couple of call to actions:

  1. If you have been a SIP author, please chime in improvement suggestions
  2. If you have been a CAB member, please chime in improvement suggestions
  3. If you have been involved in and around SIP/ governance on Stacks, or if you have experience from other chains, please check out the SIP-000-1 doc and chime in this conversation - we want to get as many improvements in this upgrade as possible.
  • Please drop any early ideas here in Stacks Forum for discussion
  • For any more concrete close-to-final SIP text suggestions that may not require much discussions, submit directly to PR.
