I am a big fan of what stacks is doing.
With recent multiple hacks on ALEX, it is clear that ecosystem is getting negatively effected each time an exploit happens. I have noticed that there is an over reliance on ALEX for all things defi especially swaps.
As an ecosystem, we have to implement some risk diversification strategies inorder to reduce -ive impacts on ecosystem and increase competition between dexes (which will result in them keeping higher standards)
The following are my suggestions
-
Implement an incentive based structure which increases competition between dexes to provide better UX to existing users and bring new users to ecosystem
-
A fund that will reward community based auditing of smart contracts. (get stacks developers involved)
-
extra support to upcoming defi protocols so that they can compete with market leaders and grow their TVL
These are some of the points that came to my mind. Other members can add their points to make this interesting. My intention is not to throw mud at any particular protocol. Wish everyone all the very best.
