"Profile update pending" for weeks

Having an issue with a profile update: I updated an app account setting and my profile has been sitting at “Profile update pending: once the blockchain confirms the data this notice will disappear (~1 hour)” for almost 2 weeks.

I tried the profile update suggestion here to trigger a new profile update request: https://onename.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202593651-Profile-update-pending
But a few days later, that notice still persists.

I’m not sure what the issue is.
