Problem with transactions

Good morning, I’m having difficulties with my wallet at this address “SP28NB976TJHHGF4218KT194NPWP9N1X3WY516Z1P”
I can mint NFTs and receive tokens but it’s been a while since I’ve been trying to make a transfer to another address and deploy contracts on the network but I can’t. My wallet has gone into some type of block? Can you help me resolve this?
