2. About personal data hosting, for Facebook for example how will it be accessible for everyone whatever the time ?

3. Finally, can you tell me the differences between MaidSafe and Blockstack? Why is the blockchain an advantage over MaidSafe?

A user’s gaia hub has to be online and publicly accessible.
