I did some research on the blog before creating a new topic, but I did not find any clear instructions.

I forgot my password, and I do have my 12 word phrase. Is there a document or Blockstack page address where I can get clear instructions?

Hey @tcpipx, sorry to hear you’re having trouble!

If you clear your localStorage from the developer console, you can re-do the onboarding process with your existing 12-word phrase. That should restore your profile and ID address.

I forgot my password but I have my 12 word recovery phrase. I am not a developer just a new user, no idea how to “clear clear your localStorage from the developer console”
