OneName password issues

I signed up for OneName before it became blockstack, and upgraded. I don’t remember my password because it was Oh so long ago.

Is there a way to recover or change my password?
I’ve gotten as far as installing blockstack, but once it hits the password screen, well…
Any ideas?
