Norton Blocking "TCP SYN Flood"

I am new to Blockstack and just exploring. I tried going to the apps, but Norton pops up saying Vulnerability Blocked. The history says it’s blocking a “TCP SYN Flood” from fe80:1::1
Is this address associated with BlockStack? Is it safe to allow this?

Anyone know anything about this?

I run on a Mac and don’t use Norton, but I’m assuming if you have the Blockstack browser installed that it’s safe to allow this. Norton is probably tripping it because Blockstack is something that Norton isn’t familiar with.
