I had $21 worth in bitcoin in my blockstack wallet That I had purchased from coin base and now it’s gone I don’t remember sending out those funds i have never Given my private key to anybody

In short, in all likelihood, your funds are still there. But there is currently a bug in the browser’s display of bitcoin balances. That’s being patched in this PR:
