Is the xxx.id.blockstack information really stored in blockchain?

As above, because as the paper said, a 3-tuple [name, public key, hash(zone file)] is stored in bitcoin blockchain, but I didn’t even edit my zone file, where is the hash?

The state for xxx.id.blockstack is stored in the Atlas peer network, but is anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain within a zone file update carried out by id.blockstack. The details on how this works are documented here.
