ICO acrredited investment vs user allocation

I’m accredited and an investor in the ICO. Today blockstack offered me an investment at .012 as a user. Curious as to how are these two opportunities are connected? same offering?

Hi Gilliam,

Users can claim a voucher for only up to $3k in tokens at the sale price of $0.12, whereas accredited investors can purchase between $3k-$3m at the sale price.

I got the email a while back stating that I was registered for a voucher, but I haven’t seen the voucher yet in my inbox. Guessing they are rolling out throughout the day?
