Yesterday I sent about 50€ worth of BTC to my Blockstack wallet, from Coinbase.
The transaction was completed but 24h later my wallet is still empty.
Is this a normal thing? What is the usual time to receive the funds after the transaction is complete?

It should show up immediately. Does your balance show up in your payment address on other block explorers?

I am not sure what you mean by other block explorers, I am rather profane in the matter.
I hope the following clarifies the process I followed:
- Went to my blockstack account on Chrome
- Clicked on Wallet
- Clicked on the “Receive” button and copied the alphanumeric code below the QR code
- Went to my Coinbase account and sent the amount to this alphanumeric code
Coinbase says the transaction was completed, but my Blockstack wallet balance still shows as zero.
Any ideas? Thank you.
One more thing, I just checked my Blockstack bitcoin address (the one I sent the money to) on Blockcypher and it shows the right balance. What might be the reason it does not show on the Blockstack browser? Thank you.

Thanks for checking! Can you post your Bitcoin address so we can investigate further? The Blockstack browser uses an in-house block explorer to query balances. Going to CC @jackzampolin who can further diagnose this on our end.

Can you share any logs from your browser? It sounds like the call to pull the balance is failing.

Sorry to insist, but the problem persists. I still cannot see the balance on my wallet after resetting the browser.
On top of it, upon resetting it all my account information is lost (IDs, verifications, etc.). Is there any way to restore these, too?

Yes, they must’ve fixed it for me or something. All I did was comment here.

I suspect it could be related to some system bug in my Mac. Will keep trying.
Hi @jackzampolin, @larry and @jude. I had several issues bothering me on top of the blockstack wallet one, so I resorted to erasing my hard drive, reinstalling the OS and all the rest.
Now blockstack is working fine and the balance just popped up correctly! No idea what the problem was but now it is gone.

Does anyone have a solution for this. I am up on 97 confirmations at this point but not appearing in my Blockstack browser wallet (either web based or windows client)

If you are experience problems receiving BTC you sent to the browser wallet, please add to this issue in github:
Normally transactions are instant and occur within a few seconds if sending BTC to a bitcoin wallet, however sometimes they can take up to 24 hours or longer if the # of transactions per blocks gets to be immense.
