Have all the non-accredited vouchers been issued?

Hi,
Have all the vouchers been issued now for the non-accredited investors? I never received one so should I assume I missed out?

My friend @1AD9fQTxSbZi8J9mu7xw hasn’t received the voucher too.
I guess the Blockstack Team is very busy right now. They will fix it soon.
