Hello team, I don’t have Blockstack Authenticator on my new mobile and don’t have backup key as well , let me know the procedure to unlock the Authenticator passcode.
As far as I know, if you don’t have the “backup key” (the mnemonic key) then you’ve lost your account “forever.” Either go back to your old phone and get the recovery key, or you’ll have to create a new identity.
Sorry, but this is why you are supposed to write down that key and put it somewhere safe!
