Are there any projects (similar to Aragon or Colony Network on Ethereum) to create a DAO using blockstack storage, authorization ?

A few related questions:

  1. are there any project to collectively create tasks and funding them
  2. ~dapps to manage permissions inside community
  3. ~dapps to manage reputation
