Can I validate blockstack interactions register on the blockchain?

I have a podcast with a few “hands on” exercises for my listeners. The podcast is for smart people with little technical or programming experience. I want to introduce blockstack to my listeners. But important to me and my listeners is to know that when an app or technology claims to be blockchain, it is indeed blockchain. In past hands-on exercises I could refer to a block explorer like etherscan.io where my listeners can actually see the entry.

Is there any kind of record I can see that validates my interaction with apps on blockstack are indeed recorded on the blockchain? Ideal would be a blockchain entry that shows my interaction with the To Do app or the Graphite app.

Thanks! This is great stuff.
