"Can blockchain help solve the global identity crisis of refugees?" dissertation topic

Hi,

I am studying Information Technology Management for Business at UCL. I am in my final year of university and I am writing my dissertation on the topic “Can blockchain help solve the global identity crisis of refugees?”.

I am looking to conduct a phone call interview (would last around 20 minutes) with a professional in blockchain in order to conduct qualitative research for my dissertation and get a deeper insight into the topic and I was wondering if anyone here would be up for it. It would be incredibly helpful for me.
