I registered syedhassan.id2 on test net but

http://testnet.blockstack.org:16269/v1/names/syedhassan.id2 returns back

Cannot GET /v1/names/syedhassan.id2

and there are also no test net peers.

The public testnet operates as a singular instance. The peers header is meant for people who want to run a private testnet and want to verify that their other peers are online.
