What happens if the amount of devices/cloud storage dips below the amount required for the storage needs of a certain app, or even the whole system of blockchain in general? Would parts of it be blacked out?
For example a twitter or facebook type site… they use a lot of data. Where would this data come from if there are not enough devices or cloud storage.
Similar… how can you access apps/websites if you are in the middle of nowhere… a place that may have service from a provider, but not in range of other peoples devices.
