Are Onename ID and Blockstack ID the same thing?

Yes the are the same, that’s correct.

And we use the term Blockstack ID. These are the names & identities registered in the .id namespace on Blockstack. We don’t use the term “Onename ID”. The Onename app is just a registrar (like GoDaddy) that registers these names on the .id namespace and helps users create their identities.
