Per our weekly our Engineering meeting, we agreed to streamline communication channels for release announcements, to make it easier for developers and users to stay up to date on releases for all of the products we support.
The following release communications have been implemented:

A dedicated category on the Blockstack forum called
Releaseswhere releases for all Blockstack supported products will be announced.Previous release announcements will be imported to this channel.

We will also now announce in the engineering slack forum, as well to direct people to the forum, as noted above.

As a developer, you can now stay up to date by joining the
#pre-releases channelto hear about beta versions of software to test with before full releases.
