How exactly is this different than the other categories we already have?

What should topics in this category generally contain?

Do we need this category? Can we merge with another category, or subcategory?

I assumed this category would be used to talk about the different apps; should each app have it’s own sub-category here?

I would restrict this category to discuss the apps only including bugs, change requests, and general discussion about each app.
