Learnings from user testing

  • Big problem is delivering the seed phrase to users
  • 3/5 could sign up and get into an app
  • 0/5 were able to recover their account
  • The way people used it was very different from what we expected
  • Worked really poorly on slow internet and older devices
  • All kinds of browsers/devices we didn’t expect
  • None of the tests took less than 5 mins, first one took 30mins.
