There hasn’t been any reports of similar incidents, which suggests that this is a limited local issue. I recommend you look into the potential that someone had physical access to your seed phrase backup. Check if any of your devices have been compromised by viruses, key loggers and etc… You should also look into reporting the incident to your local police for investigation.
