This just outlines a high level design for a scheme that I think builds on what is proposed in “RFC: Lift Mining off of Bitcoin”, but goes a bit further by (1) mandating set membership based on participation in producer selection, and (2) leaning into the threshold signature/production collaboration by changing how blocks are announced during a producer set’s “term”.
